Skywert Analysis Consulting Services Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Skywert Analysis. By utilizing our consulting services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

  • We’ll provide consulting services as outlined in the project proposal or a mutually agreed-upon statement of work.
  • These services may include market analysis, investment research, strategic planning, business development.

2. Fees and Payment

  • Fees will be based on a fixed project based fee. Details will be specified in the project proposal or statement of work.
  • Invoices will be issued before start of work.
  • Payment is due within 14 days of invoice receipt.
  • Late payments may incur interest charges.

3. Intellectual Property

  • Any deliverables, reports, or work products created by Skywert Analysis remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon and specified in writing.
  • Depending on the agreement, you will be granted a non-exclusive or exclusive license to use the work products for the agreed purposes of the project.

4. Confidentiality

  • Both parties will treat confidential information exchanged during the engagement with strict confidentiality. This includes any business plans, trade secrets, or client information.

5. Liability

  • Our advice and services are provided on a best-effort basis. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results.
  • Our liability for any losses or damages arising from the services will be limited to the amount of consulting fees paid.

6. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice.
  • Upon termination, you’ll be responsible for payment of any outstanding fees for services rendered up to the termination date.

7. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes will be first addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, we may choose to take legal action via mediation, arbitration, or litigation.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of Düsseldorf, Germany.

9. Changes to Terms

  • We may modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. You’ll be notified of significant changes via the Website or email.
